Can I have a negative Tax rate?

Hi, we have our site setup to include GST on all products (+10%)

Since some of our customers are international we cant charge them the GST component.

So, Ive setup a tax class that deducts the GST off the price, and Ive applied class to the countries setup in my zones list that qualify.

Only thing is, if I do a dummy registration as a customer from another country, the prices are not displaying any cheaper at all. I did remember to go and add my 'No GST Tax class' to a few products to test it out.

Im wondering if I can set a negative value for the tax class? My says; -11.0000 - in the Tax Rate field.

P.S> I can confirm that the tax class works when set as a straight 11% - but not as; -11%

My bad. I fixed it by setting the default tax class in; admin> config> my store

All products are inclusive of GST now unless you log in as an international customer; the GST component is not added.

Hmmm, a negative tax rate .... What a bloody clever idea. I wish I'd thought of that. :cool:
