I have catagories on top and bottom?

Guys I've been messing with this stuff all day and i have aparently caused some side effects. When i added the banner to the top of my page, i some how caused my info boxes to turn pink and i have catagories listed vertically on the left side and horizontally across the top. very not cool. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks alot guys. the site is souldoubtinc.com

The strange colors you're seeing are a result of your store defaulting to the default template. You must have messed up your custom template files or folders somehow.

You can turn off the navCatTabs in Admin - Configuration - Layout Settings

I went to layout settings, but if i disable the catagories, wont it disable both?also about the colors do you guys know where the spot in the code is that i can change the colors

I figured some of it out. I went on google and searched color codes. It brought up a pallet i then searched the stylesheet for the codes that matched what i wanted to change. With knowing what i was doing it worked, i changed all the appropriate colors except for the back ground on the catagories boxes. Still i have my catagories in two places across the top and on the left side. Cant figure that out yet. Thanks for responses
