Add Google conversion tracking to product page/s?

Hi,
I've been searching through the forums to no avail (yet) for my query:

I need to add conversion tracking code to around 6 or 7 product pages within a product category. Where do i look for the pages and where would i insert the code?

There is a Google Analytics module in the free software addon section

I've noticed this and just downloaded - will this cover adwords conversion tracking though?

No
...around 6 or 7 product pages
Where do i look for the pages and where would i insert the code?
Being php - pages as you normally think of them do not exist

What about entire categories? Will they have an editable 'page'?

There are no pages as you are thinking
They are assembled form many pieces on the server only when requested
