Is there a way to not store my customers addresses?

I have a webstore up and running, but I don't really like that I'm storing my customers details in a database.. Mainly just in case I got hacked or something really.

I use Paypal to accept all payments, is there any kind of way that I can make my webstore use the address details from Paypal during checkout, but then remove them automatically from the webstore, or not store them at all?
