Where to edit login page? ( index.php?main_page=login )

I'm using the most current version with Cold Steel as my template. I'm having trouble figuring out which file to edit to change a few words on the first login page. I want to comment out "Newsletter and" where it says "Newsletter and Email Details" as my client doesn't want to do a newsletter or be asked about one. I checked the forum but the only hit I got on it wasn't answered. Hoping a new thread with a different title will get notice.

Thanks!

tpl_modules_create_account.php is the file BUT easier to do this

admin > config > customer details > Show Newsletter Checkbox > set to no/off

Thanks! But I did uncheck that and it doesn't affect the Newsletter/Email question, which makes sense since it is asking for the formating on all communications.

With the box disabled - you can try finding the text to xhange using the developers tools
