Mystery light blue rectangle appears

I'm using 1.3.8.

The same thread appeared a while ago here, but there was no solution.

My example page is here.

I'm sure it was turned off before, but I went and diddled with some of
the admin settings, and now I can't locate what its source is. I'm sure
it's something simple...

Re: Mystery light blue rectangle appears

From the thread that thread points to:

(Afo)
"It's coming from here in the stylesheet.```
#mediaManager {
width: 50%;
margin: 0.2em;
padding: 0.5em;
background-color: #E4FEf5;
border: 1px solid #003D00;
}

Find this rule in your stylesheet and add
display: none;```
#mediaManager {display: none;}
