add specific amount to everything

Hello I want to offer free shipping on my site, but seeing as it costs money to ship things just add the shipping cost to everything.

I have over 15,000 products so doing it manually is not an option. Does anyone know of a simple way to for instance add 10 euros to the price of everything?

I already use sitewide markup to add a percentage to my prices, and that has the ability to add a specified amount too. But it can't do both at the same time ( that I'm aware of)
