Customization to Product Listings

Hi,

Wasn't sure where to post this question, but couldn't find it anywhere.

My client wants all of the products on the product listing page to have a read more button and click thru to the product info pages, even though right now it says Add to Cart and places the item directly in the cart.

None of the products have attributes, and I know that is usually what qualifies a product to click thru from the listing page to the info page, but is there a way to recode the listings page to click thru to the respective info pages without having attrbutes in place.

The button change from Add to Cart to Read More is easy, but the actual link coding is what I need.
