What does ZC check to decide to forward to install folder?

Hi there everyone,

I've moved about 10 carts this week and this is the first time I've run into an issue. Either I've messed something up or it's caused by the domain not resolving correctly. I want to try to figure out quickly though, as it's a live site.

I've uploaded the cart, updating the paths in configs, altered db info, changed permissions on required folders, set config to 400. Now that the domain is resolving(for me), I'm trying the shop URL and it's forwarding me to zc_install(which doesn't exist).

Could someone tell me what the system looks for to decide that it hasn't been installed so I can look for any screwup I might have made?

Make sure the paths are correct in the configs.
