ZenCart isnt creating orders

Hi all,

Installed a new copy of it and i customized it with our custom design.

I've been testing it out and zencart isnt creating any orders?

I did a live transaction and it's again, not creating any orders at all. I'm completely puzzled?

This forum is awesome, it's helped out a lot already just reading previous users questions.

Where is this?

stick to the /CART/ directory only as there is another live cart into another directory on the site

Try enabling the money order module and see if you get an order generated
I am not familiar with alertpay

Update- it does create order with the other payment methods such as cheque/money order. The alertpay module is stopping orders being generated.

For other processors one must have an account setup with them and the ZenCart module is configured with an access key that is also entered at the processor account..etc

Are there configurable items in this module?

Might also be an issue that there is a SSL mis-match

SSL is for k2cafe while the actual site is k2incense
