Login takes me to blank page

Through the course of (admittedly haphazardly) customizing my store, I have broken some PHP. I ran the "enable_error_logging.php" util and got the following error in the most recent myDEBUG file. Can anyone summarize this in simple English and... do I need to delete Zen Cart from this domain and do a clean install?

I was having trouble wording my query so I didn't find that article, thus thought it might be a bug.
