HELP! My customers can't sign up!

I have had my shop for about three weeks now and everything has worked out just fine until yesterday. New customers are no longer able to sign up! After filling in their personal information, they are just going back to an empty fill in form. I am not sure if it is the same for customers already signed into my store, but I am missing my customers now if i cannot get it to work again quickly!

If it was working and is no longer working there are 3 possibilities:

1. You changed something which broke the site.

2. Your hosts made some change which broke the site.

3. Your site was hacked and this has broken the site. I recommend you look at "Recovering From Hacks" to see if files have been changed.

I have tried to upload my site over again from a back-up I had on my computer, but it is still not working. I have read the how do I recover from hacks article, and done what it says, but I still can't figure out what's wrong. I have tried to compare my site to my back-up, but the only thing I've found that was different is an empty folder named "cgi-bin", which unfortunately doesn't tell me anything...

What should I do to make my store work again?
