Layout problem with my "Send a Gift Certificate" box after Checkout

Hello,

I am having a problem with the Send a Gift Certificate box at Checkout appearing at the top of the page but is cut off. I've attached a jpg so it can be seen clearly.

I don't want to turn off Gift Certificates just this feature at Checkout or if it can't be turned off I need to know how to make the box appear completely at checkout not partially.

It would also be helpful to know where in the CSS I would look to move the box down so its not cut off. If anyone knows where I would look and for what I'd appreciate it.
