CCV and Expiration Date not being transmitted

I can't find which version of Zen Cart I'm using but there is a notification that says "Your version of Zen Cart™ appears to be current." No addons and the only customization is a purchased template.

Everything seems to be working correctly EXCEPT when we receive orders. The credit card ccv and expiration dates are not being transmitted along with the other information. (We are using the offline credit card module)

How do I make sure that this information is part of the order?

Re: CCV and Expiration Date not being transmitted

  1. You can find your version information by logging into your Admin and clicking the "Version" link which is in the menu bar next to the Logoff link on the right-hand side.
Or, if you can't find that, you can go to Admin->Tools->Server Info for the same thing.
Or, you can see version information in the footer of the admin pages.

  2. If you're asking for CVV or expiry date to be emailed, you're out of luck. It would be inappropriate to email that information, for both security and TOS agreements with your merchant services provider. Instead, to access those details, login to your admin area, click on the particular order number, and you'll see the details there. You can then use that information for processing the payment.
