Moving Add to Cart module doesn't affect all products

I successfully moved the Add to Cart module as found in the tpl_product_info_display.php file. However I'm finding not all products are seeing this effect work. You can tell those pages where it's pulling the tpl_product_info_display.php properly. I added a comment tag in the page to remind me where I moved the cart module from ( <!--WHERE ATTRIBUTES MODULE WAS --> )

The only products unaffected by the change I want, are those that have free shipping.

Is there a different template for free shipping items that I must edit? It's really puzzling.

It appears that your free ship is set to use another tpl file
Look for an override, or ??
I am not aware of one that is default for free ship

Sorry to take so long to reply. The site had launched so I was going through a bunch of other things.

What I'll do is search the php files for those lines of code specific to the free ship ones then and see what I come up with. I couldn't be sure either if there was a php file just for those free ship items. Maybe it's because the free ship item puts in that "Free shipping!" icon so it has it's own layout include. Could be what's doing it. I'll report back when I figure it out.
