Meta Tags ?? How do I edit the site-wide title?

Can somebody please tell me where in my backoffice I will locate that sitewide meta tag so my store can have a title? I know what the file is but WHERE is it?

includes/languages/YOURLANGUAGE/meta_tags.php

edit that and upload as includes/languages/YOURLANGUAGE/YOURTEMPLATE/meta_tags.php

Ok,but how do I edit and where do I edit?

download the file with (example) FileZilla or another FTP program from the location... edit it with Notepad++ or another just text editor (no MS Word & co.) then upload it to the path above.

I have no file with that name. The nearest is to languages (norwegian)but no template name or meta tags.
I have tried to find out this in two days, seen every you tube video about zen cart and searched through my FTP but this file is nowhere to be seen.

it really should be there... includes/languages/norwegian/meta_tags.php

if you still have the english language there then take includes/languages/english/meta_tags.php and then edit it and upload it to includes/languages/norwegian/

I found it at last and edited it to a proper meta.
