How to fill a catagory with under $10 products?

Hi everybody.
I want to thank everyone here who have so helpful in the past.
Again I need some help.

I have a category for products that cost under $10. I know I can manually link them 1 at a time but that will take forever. Is there any way accomplish this automatically?

You could probably do it with easy populate and some spreadsheet routine. I haven't used ezp myself, so someone who has will need to outline a process.
