Need help changing background for [help (?)] box

Hi I'm hoping you wonderful zenners can helpme out, I was wondering if there is anyway to change the [help (?)] link box it is currently showing my main background but the text is very hard to read. I would like to keep my background for the mainpage so would like to make the background on this different is there anyway.
