Mailing list form help !!

Hi Everyone,

So I have my "Down for maintenence" screen up on my website. My question is, is there a way to add a mailing list form to that Down for maintenence page? This way people can sign up for the mailing list?

Pretty sure that this is in the following sile - nddbc.html

You you would need to add a form & post routine and add to this where the data will be stored and how you retreive it
