Wow i am very stressed out please help

2 little things....

trying to edit this page

we are trying to take out

"ADDERSS LINE 2"
and replace with "RECIEPTS Phone Number"

i couldnt find it in the English.php

does anyone know where to change it?

also i tried to install CALENDAR DATE PICKER MOD
I get this error..1146 that my database doesn't exist...

pelase hELP!
