Banner Image Missing in Side Box

I am adding a Side Box banner using banner manager. On my local version it displays and links fine. When I set it up on my website it displays the banner box but the image is missing. The image has been uploaded to the correct folder. An image of my settings is included below.

I have also tried using blank sidebox but I get the same result.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks you!!

I was able to resolve it....but honestly I'm not completely sure what did it. I did hit the reset button under Tools - Layout Boxes Controller which forced me to completely redo my sidebox settings and shortly after that it worked.
