Can I setup on ubuntu (local)?

I have setup zen cart on my local PC running on Ubuntu 9.04.
All is fine, except for the includes/configuration.php file, for which I need to change the file permission to 444/644.
Any solution?

Use the chmod command from the command line

cmod full file path & name desired permissions
