mysql_fetch_array(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/content/j/i/m/MYSITE/html/admin/easypopulate.php on line 852

I AM GETTING THIS ERROR WHEN DOWNLOADING THE FILE TO EDIT.

ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT
