Free Shipping Over $25 Under 75lbs Over 700lbs

I am betting that some combination of settings in the admin will do what I am after, but ain't smart enuf to figger it out.

What I want is free shipping if the order is over $25.00, (that gets lots of small stuff) but the weight must be under 75 lbs **or over 700 **lbs. I know that seems odd, but I have good reason. No matter what combination of settings I have tried, the shipping estimator is not accurate. It still shows free shipping for those "price" items that are indeed over $25.00 in price, but do not fall into the "weight" slot.

Free shipping options is on.
Free shipper is off.
No products are marked "always free shipping"
Any way to make this work?

Same problem. 1.38a, all patches. I need to run a free shipping sale for the following criteria:

1 set zone (10 provinces)
Order total above $99
Order weight below 50 lbs.

I get the feeling there's an obvious way to do this I'm missing. :yuck:

Also should mention yes - I've looked through the first 820 threads and haven't found a solution.

I'm sure somebody else has tried to do this same thing before though :frusty:

Free Shipping Options freeoptions ...

Set the Total >= 99.00
Set the Weight to <= 50

If both conditions must be true, then edit the line:

      if ($this->ck_freeoptions_total or $this->ck_freeoptions_weight or $this->ck_freeoptions_items) {

change the 2 ORs to ANDs ...

Thanks Ajeh - you're the best! Worked great after a little testing, etc.

FYI for anyone with the same problem - after making those changes, set Qty >= 0 in the admin / free shipping options.
