How can I change the "Order Number" counter?

Hello,

I am just getting ready to launch my first ZenCart store...
Is there any way that I can modify the "Order Number" to show a number higher than 1,2,3,4,5,6.......I want to make it a higher number so the shoppers don't think they were the first to place an order...Where is this value stored?

In the Tools ... Store Manager ... you can change an the last order made to a higher number ... once set, the orders_id will start from there by adding 1 to the number that you reset the past order to ...

Meaning ... set it to 1000 and the next order will be 1001 ... :smile:
