VAT Adding Twice, just recently happening

Hey guys,

wondering if anyone has had this problem or know how to fix it.

Up until recently the shipping and paypemt were calculating everything as it should, but today an email was received saying the prices are gone up and the buyer was charged twice for VAT

Here is whats happened:

Sub-Total: £6.42
Royal Mail International (Outside UK): £5.44
UK VAT 17.5% + UK VAT 17.5%: £3.07
Total: £11.86

I have checked the setting in the backend and nothing has changed and all seem to be set up as they should be.

Any ideas?
