Search Terms

I would like to create a way that will allow my customers to click on a keyword that relates to the theme that they're looking for so that every item that has that particular word in its description will come up.
It works when you type a theme or keyword into the search box but I would like to offer specific keywords to the customer to make their search more successful rather than them having to figure out what keyword will work for each theme.

I know that I could just create another category that would have each theme but there are a lot of products which would take a lot of time for me to resort based on theme and it already seems to work well just by using the search function.

Does anybody know how I can do this or have any ideas that would help me?

Perhaps a tagging module to get the links created automatically?
