front page a bit weird in IE

If you look at the front page of my site, it looks great in FF but weird in IE.

i find it challenging in figure out were the words are to be changed- this is improving with working with ZC

The address on the front page was the first thing i changed back when I was sooo totally stupid about zc. now I am not so much but still do not have a handle on this placement.

I know I did this totally illegal so dont be too horrified.

But any suggestions to the proper way?

It looks like you've selected a font (ravie - never heard of it) that IE doesn't know about. I think it's always best to stick to the most common fonts.
