Customer order details not showing in My Account page

when a customer places an order it should be stored on the customer account page, which does on my website, but when the customer clicks on "view" button to see the order details, the page is blank, it goes to this link ending with the order number

/index.php?main_page=account_history_info&order_id=5

but the area where it should load the order information is empty.

plus i'm having the same type of blank page when the customer gets an email after the order which has the invoice link, when clicked on the invoice link the page is empty too.

please help!!

if anyone can advise which files work with these pages, or if this is a common error can someone guide me to the solution.

I would get the Debug Tool from the Free Software Add Ons to show you which file is causing this error ...

i just installed the debug tool and unfortunately it's not returning any errors in any form.

i also backed up everything and reinstalled zen-cart from scratch then replaced all the files with the backed up one and did everything that the tutorial says https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=100
but still the same blank order info page.

what do you think would be the problem??

anyone has any experience in this matter??

You might want to get something like Beyond Compare from scootersoftware.com and compare a clean Zen Cart to all the files for your site and see if you can spot something that is bad ...

It is unusual for the Debug Tool not to show an error on something like this ...

Make sure the /cache is 777 and that you refresh it after hitting the page with the problem ...

Now if it is in the code, that might have to be worked out with a comparison with Beyond Compare ...

I have a similar problem. Just upgraded from 1.3.8a to 1.3.9h and have some dificulties.
When listing orders in Admin, all the names appear normally, when clicking on the edit, invoice or packing slip, the customer name, billing and shipping address is not shown, do you have any idea why?
Telephone, email and all else apears normally.

I did the Winmerge compare before upgrade and I think that I really left inside just the functions that were important for my mods to work.
