Date tine stamp on new orders is incorrect.

When I view orders, the server date/time shows in the header, it is correct (PST). However, when I look at orders (as in right now, toward the end of the day, they are being stamped as tomorrows date (EST). I checked in SQL and sure enough, the lines are being saved this way. I doubled checked the server time and it shows correctly as PST.

Any ideas what might cause this?

Check admin->tools->server/version info

How does te database time compare with the server time there??

If different then try this

Re: Date tine stamp on new orders is incorrect.

Thank you, this lead me to the right answer. The issue was a discrepancy between the server time and mysql time. I didnt want to install this module as I knew that the core files it overwrites would cause issues with other things Ive changes. It came down to simply restarting mysql sever after setting the server time to PST.
