How do I add another type of buy-now option?

I am interested in a 3rd option in the buy process. As well as buy with credit card or with money order/check, I'd like to provide at that same point in the process a similar option that takes my customers to an online credit application PDF form I have built for a local car lot.

OR if possible include a link on each listing to the online PDF credit form,

AND be able to either indivdually or globally turn off the buy option on each car listed.

The idea is that the owner of the car lot and his customers don't typically use the net for purchases, but the owner still needs to collect credit data from them so he can sell them a vehicle. Essentially my zen cart is being used as a classifieds ads post.
