Invalid Field Count error re:Extra Description files

Im getting a Invalid field count in CSV input on line 1. error message when attempting to import my CSV file with the Products ID listed from my data base. I'm using myphpadmin to attempt to upload the file. I'm following instructions from The install text of the EXTRA DESCRIPTION FILES MODULE.
Ive tried changing the internal file name etc as well as removing the Products-extra_description_extra.
I just can't seem to get it to take.
Any suggestions regarding a fix will be appreciated.

Perhaps a " somewhere in your data? If you're attempting to update product data, have you looked into the Easy Populate module?

I used easy populate to make the CSV file. It works great for updating my inventory from accounting application. I just can't seem to get it to work in the specified field above.
