Adding text to new customer log in page and email?

I want to add text to log on add in (and welcome e-mail)

In this section
"New? Please Provide Your Billing Information
Create a login profile with your website name which allows you to shop faster, track the status of your current orders and review your previous orders."

I want to add "Phone number is required by Canada Post and Australian and New Zealand Customs, not providing your phone number may delay delivery of your order"

I also want to add this to the welcome e-mail, how do I edit that?

I want them to realise that it is important to have it, it is not like they are buying from within Australia, as I am in Vancouver.

Can you look at my site, https://www.australiancaching.com/store and look at one of my nano's, and tell me if you think it looks ok, or pop up image would work better, just looking for feedback, and you are aware of the problem I had with pop up pics.

An easy way would be to use Admin - Tools - Developers Tool Kit to search for part of that string, like 'track the status' to find the file where that's defined, and add your text to the define text, or change it completely.

Your images look fine to me - I'm no fan of popup anything, as a visitor to your site.
