Define page editor not saving

I've just upgraded to 1.3.8a from 1.3.7

I've just notice that when I edit from Define page editor, it does not save..
When I click on save, it goes to the Admin main page and does not save anything...
I'm not sure where I should looking first...

Do other admin functions work? Mis-installing the recent admin security patch to the cart folders rather than admin can cause that behavior.

Looks like other admin function doesn't work either...
I"ve tried to change the template and it won't change either..

What admin security patch is it??
Should I reverse it or how do I change it??
