Turn off Notification of Shipped orders
Hello
I am not able to locate any information on this so I am asking for the community help. We are moving to an order management system. In the Order Management System we have it set up for us to enter in the tracking number and this new system sends all the proper emails to the customers. It then is programmed to change the ZenCart order status to Shipped. When this happens ZenCart automatically sends out an email to the customer. I would like to turn this final email off.
In looking through the email configuration I do not see where I can turn this off without turning off all emails,like the order confirmation, which I still want to send out automatically.
Is there a setting for not automatically sending this status change email out?
