how to install Nochex in Zen Cart 1.3.8a?

Can some one please help me how to install Nochex in Zen Cart 1.3.8a?

I'm not familiar with Nochex, but there's a module for it at http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?main_page=product_contrib_info&products_id=425. Instructions should be included.

NoChex is built into ZCv1.3.8. You just need to log into the Admin then go to Modules -> Payment. Click on NoChex in the list and click on the Install button. Enter the appropriate details and set it to enabled.

Checking my admin, I don't see Nochex as a payment module.

Hi afo, this module i have already tried its for older zencart version it does not work with v1.3.8a.

Hi CJPinder, i did try installing Nochex module earlier as well as per your suggestion, entered all the relevent details but i do not see any option or sign to checkout through nochex at all after adding products to baskit?

That's odd. I've just tried it on a clean install of ZC 1.38 and it is in there.

It should show as 'Credit or Debit Card (Nochex)' under 'Payment Method' on 'Step 2 of 3 - Payment Information' during checkout.

No, i even tried brand new zencart installation and tried Nochex , no luck, its not showing up at all?

Does NoChex APC show as green in the Modules -> Payment section of Admin?

What do you see listed under Payment Methods on the Payment Information screen of Checkout? Do any other payment methods show up?

I'm not sure what you mean by 'under shopping cart'. Which page are you looking at? If you click on the Checkout link, go through the checkout process, create an account, select the shipping address and move on to the payment page what do you see?

See when an item is added to shoppingcart, system moves to shopping cart page , on that page under shopping cart i can see paypal express checkout sign and go to checkout sign BUT no sign for Nochex to proceed with checkout through Nochex system. How can i get Nochex sign at this stage?

Now that you mentioned the full stage of creating a/c and confirming order, at that stage 3 Credit or Debit Card (Nochex) appears and on confirming the order i get follwoing message

The "email address" or "Merchant ID" you are trying to send money to is invalid/does not exist, please try again (do not use invalid characters such as commas and spaces).

I have checked with the Nochex documentation the Nochecx ID and email adderss is correct, not sure whats wrong here?

NoChex doesn't work that way. You have to go through Zen Cart's standard checkout process to use NoChex.

Make sure you have set the Seller/Merchant account type setting set right. If you have a Seller account leave the Merchant ID blank.
