Position quantity update button under quantity box

How to position the quantity update button underneath the quantity box in shopping cart page?

I want the quantity update button aka .cartQuantityUpdate to be positioned below the quantity box in the quantity row table.

Then I also would like the remove the quantity update row.

Does anyone know how to do this?
