Setting Restrictions/Access for Individual Designers

How can I set up my zen so my designers only have access to the following areas.

  1. Oly have access to THEIR coupons, THEIR sales and THEIR specials.
  2. Only see THEIR products - even when looking at categories, it just shows what THEY have in there.
  3. When THEY log in, THEY will be able to see THEIR sales history - not everyones
  4. So THEY can run reports to show what only THEY have sold.

I know there is a way, I've seen it in another zen, but I'm not sure where to go to get it for mine.
