Customer change/choose attributes from shopping cart page?

I was wondering if it would be possible for a customer to change their selected product attributes (in my case a choice of gift boxes) from the shopping cart page, rather than having to go back to that particular product info page and select a different attribute ad it to the cart, and update as required.

So instead of showing just the chosen attribute as a bullet point underneath the product on index.php?main_page=shopping_cart , I could have a drop down list where the customer could choose their desired attribute.

I haven't tried it yet personally, but it sounds like it does what you are looking for.

Yes I did have a search in the Free Software addons section for two hours yesterday but I didn't really know what to look for by name.

Anyway what's your point/problem? I have found what I'm looking for with the help of another helpful forum member, what have I done wrong?

Only that you are waiting for another to search for something for you that you could have searched for

Oh Ok I understand, I was inbetween 18 hours shifts yesterday and was a bit pushed for time. I'll make sure I have a thorough search next time before posting. :blush:
