Change the display order of qty discount table?
Hello all. Does anyone know how I can get the qty discount table to display ABOVE the product options/attributes, like we see here:

Currently, this is what my page looks like this:

I basically just need to swap "special instructions" text box, and qty discounts table in the layout. Thank you very much!
