problems with the new version of Easy Populate

When I try to run easy populate from with in my admin area, it throws up an error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function tep_not_null() in D:\Hosting\4777702\html\zencart\admin\includes\classes\table_block.php on line 33

Can someone please help me:
