How to run demo

Newbie here,
I just installed zencart successfully and wanted to run the demo but not sure how. And when finished do I just remove the demo folder or is there other stuff too?:cry:

I'm not sure what you mean by 'run the demo'.

I figured it out. The install talks about a demo, it's just the main site before you begin making changes. Huh go figure...duh:oops:
