Seperate S+H cost for each product

Our Company has different kinds of products of size and weight. And for one of our products we have a fixed price for S+H.
For each quantity:

1 = $6.95
2 = $9.95
3 = $12.95
4 = $15.95

I have been looking around and thought that some code was needed to make this happen.
Any suggestions would help. Thanks.
Right now, we manually add in the shipping and handling, but if i can get this on the invoice it would look more professional

Easiest would be to use your nsrmal UPS calculator and alter the weight for this ONE product to get close to your desired fees
