turning off a payment module

i am using a temeplate. my site is here: http://overlandadventurecompany.com/

i am testing the cart. when i add my test product and proceed to the payment options page i am given two payment options. one is paypal which i want. the other is for offline card processing which i do not. i went into payment module and unistalled all modules except those for paypal. i cannot seem to get rid of the form that customers input their CC info into however. any thoughts on how to get rid of it would be greatly appreciated. im using a template but i think that it would not cause the form to still be displayed. i have even removed the cc.php file with no effect. thank you!

You are using Template Monster template so anything is possible as they dont work well with zencart...what happens
when you switch to default CLASSIC template.

uh, i have a hard time reading the default text so i enlarged it when i was editing lol. sorry if it has offended anyone.

So the only payment option that has a green dot is Paypal? Regular or Express?

We could check the payment checkout page for ourselves, but all your products seem to be sold out.
