Out of stock message

I have looked high and low but can't seem to find. I have setting so that customer can buy even if product is out of stock, usually item is on order and will arrive in a week or so, anyway I have put a message that items will be back ordered. However the message show in the center of the cart under the "item" header but also shows under the "QTY" header making the page extra long and repeating the same message as in the middle. My question is can/how can i delete the message under "QTY" and just have the message under the "item" header? Thank you for helping!!

inserted in Admin home > configuration> Mark Product out of stock

Admin home > configuration> Mark Product out of stock
Should be
admin > configuration> stock > Mark Product out of stock
You may want to add your text here /ncludes/languages/english/shopping_cart.php

and shorten your message in admin > configuration> stock > Mark Product out of stock
