Easy Populate - Manufacturer's name for Sub-Category?

I have Easy Populate, and I was curious if there was a way to make easy populate upload the Manufacturers Name (v_manufacturers_name) for the Subcategory (v_categories_name_2).

I have some categories that I want divided up by manufacturer because there are about 300 or so products that have very generic names, such as "day care" or "night care" and I believe it would be better service to my customers to have them be able to select a manufacturer and view those products.

I'm sorry if this same question has already been answered, if you give me a link on how to do this I'll be greatful. Or if you give me a link to where someone talks about this that will be just as well.

You are in the correct area but you should find the thread for EP as your question has most likely been addressed

I do this all the time, all I do is create another column in the order I want it to be in the catalog and copy the manufacturers list straight into it.

ie: manufacturer/fragrance/men's/manufacturer/product name

in this example you would have v_manufacturer_name/v_category_name_1/v_category_name_2/v_category_name_3/v_category_name_4
