Re: Customers asked for cpanel login!

Did you or someone use CPanel to password protect your site while it was under development? If so, check in CPanel to remove the protection.

Very unusual...
I would definately have your host seek a corrective solution

Re: Customers asked for cpanel login!

Whomever worked on the site added a link to: images/new%20stock.jpg" alt="NEW STOCK"

The code uses a link to cPanel for some reason and just needs to be corrected.

Re: Customers asked for cpanel login!

I am having this same problem. My hosting service did recently install/annual update my SSL.

Just so I don't mess it up... Where do I go from here ?

I also just recently created this folder for photo storage.
/public_html/taogemst_myzencart/imageupload

Rob... What exactly did you do to correct this :

"Whomever worked on the site added a link to: images/new%20stock.jpg" alt="NEW STOCK"

The code uses a link to cPanel for some reason and just needs to be corrected."

Oh... This is the pop up I am seeing that asks for username and password.

Re: Customers asked for cpanel login!

I didn't correct anything, the person running their site did. They also provided a URL so I could see what they see and look further into their problem. Perhaps you could also?
