Cant Change Properties in Admin Settings

When I try to change the properties of my users in the Admin Settings menu they dont save. I can check all or 1 boxes in the user properties section and when i hit the save button i brings me back to the main admin landing page. When i go back to the Admin Settings menu and look at the users properties they are the same and the changes havent been made. any ideas on whats going on w/my site?

Patch: 1

You probably installed the security patch to your cart folders rather than the admin folders.

Look in the addons section for a patch for admin profiles.

I was not the one to install this zencart nor did i add the security patch. I came on to this with it allready running and had to take over. how can i go about figuring out what files are the ones that need to be moved?

Never the less admin profiles is installed and you need the patch for it to work, you will find this in the addon section above.

Nothing to move..... just a one file patch to install.

after installation the security patch the admin profile will not function correctly.
