EZPages not displaying in header with Pure Blue Template

I need a little help with the EZPages, I have enabled them in both the right side bar, and also in the footer and header but they are not showing in the footer or header, only in the right side bar

I presume this is due to the Pure Blue template I am using on this site

Can anybody help me to a)get the EZPages to display in the header, or b)what might be easier simply tell me how I could simply hard code some links above the logo here

Problem solved, I didn't realise you had to set a sort order for them seperately :blush:

Re: EZPages not displaying in header with Pure Blue Template

A related question, hardly seems worth starting a new thread for it though... I'm trying to change the size and position of the header ez-pages, but no matter what I change in the CSS file for the template it remains the same. Here's what I think is the relative CSS

#navEZPagesTOCWrapper {
	font-weight: bold;
	float: right;
	height: 1%;
	border: 1px solid #9a9a9a;
	}

#navEZPagesTOC ul {
	margin: 0;
	padding: 0.5em 0em;
	list-style-type: none;
	line-height: 1.5em;
	}

#navEZPagesTOC ul li {
	white-space: nowrap;
	}

#navEZPagesTOC ul li a {
	padding: 0em 0.5em;
	margin: 0;
	}

Or is there likely to be something else that over-rides it somewhere?
