FEDEX 1.4.5 Module calculates incorrect Shipping Weight

I'm using Zencart 1.3.8a, with the FEDEX 1.4.5 module.

I used to be using the Canada Post module and it was working fine for calculating weights.

Currently all products on our cart have a minimum order quantity of 10.

Each product is 0.06kg in weight. If I add 10 items, when I go to the shopping cart I will see at the top "Total Weight 0.6kgs". Now when I go to checkout, with debug enabled I get the following:

As you can see from item 75 & 1401, the weight is "5.6" kgs that it is sending to Fedex for quotes.

Someone mentioned in another post that another shipping module could be causing this, I've removed all shipping modules (including FEDEX Express). SO all I have is FEDEX Ground.

Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated (I have not made any custom modifications to the Fedex module).

Found the issue. In Admin -> Configuration -> Shipping/Packaging the item:

Package Tare Small to Medium - added percentage:weight

The default value is 0:5 (which I've never changed since I setup the cart). It appears that this was adding 5kgs to each shipment quote.

The Canada Post module never used this number. I changed it down to 0:0 and it started showing me the appropriate product weight.
